What I like best about ECommerce is the convenience, really i can just sit at a computer do some research and BANG place my order. It's a bit scary sometimes giving personnal info online but i only deal with the bigger, well established sites like eBay, Dell, etc. I have had no problems yet (knocking on wood) but we keep a close eye on our credit accounts. I wonder if anyone in the class has ever lost money or had a really bad experience with B2C ecom?

Also has anyone ever been on the supply side of ecom in B2C?
